Description
WXDIC 1050 is a medium molecular weight solid epoxy resin. 1050 can be applied for room temperature curing coatings and two-component baking coatings by using polyamine or polyamide as curing agent. The solidified film has excellent water, chemical resistance and adhesion, and is suitable for application as anticorrosive coating for the lining of ships, bridges, coastal buildings, pipelines, storage tanks, etc.
1050 can also be used as modifier in acrylate baking coatings and amino-alkyd baking coatings. The addition of epoxy resin can enhance the adhesion, corrosion resistance and other properties of the coating, so that it can be used as a high-grade surface coating for automobiles and household appliances.
