Oxbond N8.0 Super Release Wax is a special wax mixture based on high-quality carnauba wax. Specifically designed for the composite material industry, it provides products with higher glassiness and maximum demoulding times. It is widely used in yachts, fishing boats, auto parts, rail transit, sanitary ware and other fields.
Application
1. Before using Oxbond N8.0 Super Mold Release Wax, the mold surface must be clean. Old molds must be ground, polished and sealed before use.
2. Use a sponge to apply an appropriate amount of OxbondN8.0 Super Release Wax on the clean mold evenly on the mold surface in a circular motion until the entire mold surface is covered.
3. You need to wait 10 minutes after operation for it to dry and solidify.
4. After drying, wipe the surface of the mold with pure cotton cloth until the surface is bright and free of excess wax.
5. Use the same operation to complete more than 5 times, and cure the last time for more than 30 minutes.
6. Then start production until difficulty in demoulding occurs and reapply wax 1-3 times
