Directions for Use
- Before using M0811V2, the mold surface must be thoroughly clean. Old molds must be ground, polished, and sealed before use.
- Using a sponge, evenly apply an appropriate amount of M0811V2 to the clean mold surface in a circular motion until the entire surface is covered.
- Allow the wax to dry and solidify for 10 minutes after application.
- Once dry, wipe the mold surface with a pure cotton cloth until it is bright and free of excess wax.
- Repeat the same application process at least 5 times, curing the final coat for at least 30 minutes.
- Begin production; when demolding difficulty occurs, reapply wax 1–3 times to restore release performance.
