Neogel® 8305-I-0052 is Isophthalic/NPG gel coat. It has excellent comprehensive properties, excellent UV resistance, light transmittance and water resistance, excellent mechanical properties and product appearance, and has passed RINA certification.
Applications
Neogel® 8305-I-0052 is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic gel coat, especially suitable for spraying process. When using spray equipment, we recommend that
customers operate under the following conditions:
• For compressed air spray guns, the nozzle diameter is required to be 2.0-3.0mm and the spray pressure is 4-5 atmospheres
• For non-air spray guns, the nozzle model is recommended to be: 18/40-21/40
In addition, Neogel® 8305-I-XXXX can also be used in the following processes:
• Air-drying molding process (gel coat brand is 8305-T- XXXX)
In order to obtain the best use effect, we recommend that customers ensure the following construction conditions: • The gel coat application temperature is between 18℃ and 25℃
• Use a curing agent solution with a concentration of 50% MEKP*, and the dosage is 1.0%-2.5%
• The coating thickness is not less than 500-600g/m²
