Benefits
Neogel® 8373-I-0000 is a ISO-NPG transparent gelcoat which has a combination of important characteristics, it has excellent appearance and transparency, good mechanical properties, as well as good resistance to water and weather. It is UV stabilized and approved by RINA.
Applications
Neogel® 8373-I-0000 is pre-accelerated thixotropic, ready for use and available in Spray type.
It is applied with conventional equipment with these recommended settings:
• Spray gun (nozzle φ 2.0-3.5 mm, pressure 4-5 bar)
• Airless equipment (nozzle types: 18/40-21/40)
It can also be supplied in a standard or additional versions on request:
• Paraffinated Spray (Neogel® 8373-T-0000)
In order to obtain optimum performance it is advisable to operate as follows:
• Temperature between 18℃ and 25℃
• Cure with recommended MEKP* 50% catalyst solution, adjust amount between 1.0-2.5%
• Thickness of the film 500-600g/m²
