EC–106R Alkaline liquid degreaser

EC–106R is a kind of liquid containing no silicon to form an alkali degreasing agent used to spray or dipping method, before the swimming can clear the oil oxide on the surface of the metal, such as hard. EC – 106R degreasing agent is composed of inorganic salts, organic chelating agent and surfactant, can effectively remove surface stains.

USES

1.EC–106R with biodegradation and nonflammable, it does not hurt the skin, without excitant odour, reusable
2.EC–106R is nonflammable and low vapor emissions, the temperature below 20 ℃, need to use warm water heated to make it easier to use

APPLICATION

Process for product in the process of EC – 106R – degreaser trough, the material of pump and piping system should be a medium carbon steel.In the spray process, 300 stainless steel or polypropylene material of nozzle should be used.Plate heat exchanger using 316 stainless steel material.In addition, all contact with the product in the process of sealing ring with Teflon or Viton material.
