NPEL-127

General

NPEL-127 is an undiluted resin with a lower viscosity than NPEL-128 but providing similar properties after cure. Cured with polyamine or polyamide, it offers quality and high purity properties in applications, such as maximum mechanical strength, good chemical resistance and excellent heat resistance, etc.
Under sealed storage conditions NPEL-127 is not easy to crystallize than NPEL-127E, but diluting with BGE may cause crystallization.

Application

  • Laminates
  • Filament winding
  • Encapsulation
  • Civil engineering
  • Tooling
  • Adhesives

Key Benefits

  • Lower viscosity than NPEL-128 while retaining comparable cured mechanical properties
  • High purity liquid epoxy resin suited for polyamine and polyamide curing systems
  • Good chemical resistance and excellent heat resistance after cure
  • Better crystallization resistance under sealed storage than NPEL-127E
  • Versatile across laminating, filament winding, and encapsulation processes

Selection Guide

NPEL-127 is the preferred choice when your process needs a lower-viscosity undiluted epoxy resin without sacrificing cured mechanical strength, chemical resistance, or heat resistance, common in laminates, filament winding, and encapsulation. Note that diluting with BGE may increase crystallization risk during storage, so keep the resin sealed and store per the technical data sheet recommendations. FAQ

How does NPEL-127 compare to NPEL-128?

NPEL-127 has a lower viscosity than NPEL-128 while offering similar properties after cure, making it easier to process in applications requiring better flow.

What curing agents work best with NPEL-127?

NPEL-127 is typically cured with polyamine or polyamide hardeners, delivering high mechanical strength, good chemical resistance, and excellent heat resistance.

How should NPEL-127 be stored to avoid crystallization?

Store NPEL-127 under sealed conditions. It resists crystallization better than NPEL-127E, but diluting with BGE can increase crystallization risk, so avoid unnecessary dilution during storage.

Do you provide COA and MSDS with NPEL-127 shipments?

Yes, COA and MSDS documentation is provided with every shipment to support your quality control and regulatory compliance requirements.

What is the MOQ for NPEL-127?

MOQ depends on packaging format and destination. Contact our sales team with your target volume and shipping location for a tailored quote.
