TT-DMP-30 can be used in organic synthesis and serves as an accelerator for polyamides, modified aliphatic amines, mercaptan-based and cycloaliphatic amine curing agents. It is widely applied in anti-corrosion coatings, cast flooring concrete protection, and adhesive formulations. It can also be used as an epoxy adhesive, laminating material, floor sealer, acid neutralizer, and as a catalyst for polyurethane systems (trimerization catalyst). When used together with epoxy curing agents, TC-DMP-30 significantly accelerates the curing speed of epoxy resins and enhances the mechanical strength of the cured material.
Product Application
TT-DMP-30 is primarily used as a curing agent for epoxy resins, enabling rapid or low-temperature curing of epoxy coatings for casting parts and sealing applications. When used with epoxy resin (e.g., E44), the typical mixing ratio is approximately 1:8. It may also be blended with other epoxy curing agents to provide a promoting effect and increase the curing rate. The recommended dosage is 5–15% of the main curing agent: higher addition levels result in faster curing and increased hardness of the cured product, though brittleness may also increase.
