SWANCOR EzCiclo RB513-BS is a two-component recyclable resin system comprising special epoxy resin main agent and hardener. This resin system which is especially suitable for manufacturing of wind turbine blades, yachts, and other large-scale structural parts is dedicated for room-temperature curing hand lay-up. The major advantages include moderate viscosity, adjustable pot life, and good infiltration with glass fiber and carbon fiber.
SWANCOR EzCiclo RB513-BS series is equipped with hardeners of different curing speeds to meet the requirement of different operating time. And the mixing ratio of the three hardeners is the same, so different
hardeners can be mixed according to special requirements to achieve bespoke operating time for use.Composite material infused by EzCiclo series could be degraded by CleaVER system with suggested process, achieving the recycling of resin and fiber, which can bring huge added value to the entire production process.
Storage
Resin and hardener should be kept in the original sealed barrel, and stored in cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight at room temperature, for 24 months.
