Neogel® A400TV-F-9312 has excellent flame-retardancy,low smoke density, good weather ability and mechanical properties, as well as semigloss finish.
Applications
Neogel® A400TV-F-9312 is pre-accelerated thixotropic,ready for use and available in a wide range of colours, in the
following types:
• Spray type (Neogel® A400TV-F-9312)
• Brush type (Neogel® A400TV-F-9312 H)
The Spray type can be applied with the conventional equipment with these recommended settings: hand spray gun nozzle φ 2.5-4.0 mm, pressure 7-8 bars;
The brush or roller types can be applied according to the following schedule: two coats leaving the first coat to cure completely (2 hrs at 20℃).
In order to obtain optimum performance it is advisable to
operate as follows:
• Temperature between 18℃ and 25℃
• Cure with recommended MEKP* 50% solution, adjust amount between 1.0-2.5%
• Thickness of the film 600-800g/m²
