ZC-638 is a phenolic epoxy resin with a heat-resistant backbone of benzene rings and multifunctional epoxy groups. It has a high cross-linking density and offers a wide range of processing conditions due to its structural characteristics.
ZC-638 can be mixed with hardeners such as dicyandiamide, phenolic resin, polyester resin, or various anhydrides to produce resin materials for high-performance circuit board substrates (prepreg) or composites. The resulting substrates have the following advantages:
